Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple

The Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple is one of the most iconic temples in Singapore, and is a huge pillar of strength, spirituality and a bedrock of tradition for the Indian community in Singapore.

When the National Heritage Board (NHB) of Singapore wanted to document the temple's architecture, including the sacrosanct details of the inner structures, I had the opportunity to document them for the historical archives.

The chance that this afforded, to understand and document the history, the rich stories, the exterior and interior architectural details as well as the iconography and document them for posterity is one of my most treasured memories.
